Newsletters & Recycle/Garbage Calendar
The City of Lawton publishes a monthly newsletter which includes helpful items, including garbage & recycle dates for the month. This newsletter is delivered to all customers receiving a utility bill. Additional copies of the newsletter are available upon request at City Hall.
If you would like to have an item included in the newsletter, please contact the City Clerk prior to the 15th of the month before the scheduled distribution date. Distribution dates are the 1st day of each month.

City Council Meeting Times & Minutes
The Lawton City Council meets regularly on the second Wednesday of the month. Council meetings are held in the NEW Lawton Community Center, 315 ASH St and begin at 5:30 p.m.
Visitors are welcomed and encouraged to attend. If visitors wish Council to act on an item of particular interest, they must contact the City Clerk 5 days prior to the meeting in order to be listed on the agenda. Only agenda items will be voted on.
Email the City Clerk to suggest an agenda item for the next Council meeting.
